-
Hani garments are designed and produced in small quantities and, where stated, made to order.
Because garments may be made individually, there may be minor variations between pieces. These may include small differences in fabric character, colour, texture or finishing, particularly where deadstock, vintage, reclaimed or naturally variable materials are used.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours and measurements are accurate. However, colours may appear differently depending on your screen or device.
-
Hani's standard launch sizing is XS–L.
Our garments are designed with fit and adjustability in mind. Customers may be asked to provide measurements or fit information where necessary to help us make or adjust a garment.
Please take care when providing measurements. If you are unsure how to measure yourself, please contact us at hello@studiohani.co before placing your order.
Outside our standard size range-
If you fall outside our standard size range, please contact us before ordering.
We may be able to adapt a garment to your measurements. Depending on the garment and the measurements required, this may involve:
additional pattern development
an in-person fitting
additional production time
additional charges
Any additional work or charges will be discussed and agreed with you before production begins.
Extended-size garments and other individually developed garments may be treated as commissions and may not be eligible for cancellation due to a change of mind once production has begun.
-
Where a product is described as made to order, production begins after your order has been placed and any required information has been received.
Our usual production timeframe is approximately 2–4 weeks.
This is an estimated production timeframe rather than a guaranteed delivery date.
If we anticipate a significant delay, we will contact you.
-
Some Hani products may allow you to request fit adjustments or other changes.
Where a garment is made according to your specific measurements, specifications or personalisation requests, the resulting garment may be considered personalised or made to your specifications.
We will confirm significant customisation requests with you before proceeding.
You are responsible for ensuring that measurements and specifications supplied by you are accurate and complete.
-
When you place an order through the Hani website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product.
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to contact you if there is an issue with your order, including a problem with stock, pricing, measurements, payment or the information required to produce your garment.
If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate refund where applicable.
-
All prices displayed on the Hani website are in pounds sterling (£).
The price payable is the price displayed at the time you place your order.
Where applicable, delivery costs will be shown separately at checkout before you complete your purchase.
If Hani becomes VAT registered, prices and applicable VAT information will be updated accordingly.
-
Payment is required when you place your order unless otherwise agreed with Hani in writing.
Payments may be processed through Squarespace Payments and its payment processing partners.
We do not have access to your full payment card details.
An order will not enter production until payment has been successfully received and any required order information has been provided.
-
At launch, Hani ships to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Orders are generally dispatched after the stated production period has been completed.
Delivery options and costs will be shown at checkout.
Once an order has been handed to the delivery carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's services and estimated delivery times.
-
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory consumer rights.
For standard products purchased online that have not been made specifically to your specifications or personalised, you may have a statutory right to cancel your order within the applicable cancellation period.
Further information is provided in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Products that have been made specifically to your measurements, specifications or otherwise clearly personalised may fall within the exceptions to the statutory cancellation right.
If you are unsure whether your order is considered standard or personalised, please contact us before ordering.
-
Hani is responsible for ensuring that goods supplied to customers are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, as required by applicable consumer law.
If you believe your garment is faulty or does not correspond with your order, please contact us at hello@studiohani.co as soon as reasonably possible.
We may ask you to provide photographs or other information to help us understand the issue.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
-
Please contact Hani before arranging or carrying out any alterations to a Hani garment.
Unauthorised alterations carried out after delivery may affect our ability to assess whether an issue is a manufacturing fault.
Where Hani agrees to carry out an alteration, any applicable cost will be agreed with you beforehand.
-
Hani may use deadstock, reclaimed, vintage or otherwise limited-availability materials.
As a result, some fabrics, trims or components may not be available for future production.
Where a material becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you where the change materially affects your order.
-
Care instructions are provided with applicable garments and/or on the product page.
Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided.
Hani cannot be responsible for damage resulting from care that is inconsistent with the stated care instructions.
